The average human breathes up to 25,000 times per day. Everyone knows that breathing sustains life, but most of us do not breathe fully or effectively, and are unaware of the miracle of our breath.  

Optimal breathing promotes physical healing, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and spiritual awareness.   The depth, ease and fullness of our breath makes a huge difference in how we experience our lives, and by learning to breathe consciously, we can make vast improvements in the quality of our lives overall.
